Please review our returns policy carefully:

Return Eligibility:
Not all products are eligible for return. Please check the individual product details for specific return eligibility.

Any returns that are accepted are to be returned to the supplier and not the seller! We do not handle returned items and will NOT be liable for any missing returns not received by the supplier.  

Refunds and Returns:
Refunds are subject to our returns policy being met. If a product is not eligible for return, we kindly ask that you provide clear images of the issues along with an explanation of the matter using our contact form. A member of our dedicated team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

Please note:

  • Physically damaged products may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Any refund granted will be processed in accordance with the conditions outlined on the relevant product page.

How to Request a Return:

Conditions:
Returned items must meet the conditions specified on the product page, such as being in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. If these conditions are not met, refunds may not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products may not be eligible for return, as detailed on their respective product pages. For any defective or incorrect items that cannot be returned, please follow the procedure for submitting images and explanations for further review.

Your Rights Under UK Law:
We are committed to complying with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide you with the right to return faulty goods and protect your rights when buying online. Please note that your rights may vary depending on whether the product is faulty, misrepresented, or simply unwanted, and whether it was purchased as part of a bespoke or customised bundle.

Faulty Goods:
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement if a product is found to be faulty within 30 days of receipt. However, physically damaged goods caused by customer misuse may not be eligible for a refund.
