Return and Exchange Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

1. Eligibility for Return:

   • Items must be in new condition with tags and accompanied by the original packing slip.
   • Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and products damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process:

   • Once your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, you must return the item(s) to our warehouse within 7 business days.
   • Please note that we do not provide return labels for refunds or exchanges, except when the incorrect item has been shipped.

3. Damaged Items:

   • If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt for an exchange. Refunds are not available for damaged items—only exchanges are offered.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Christmas-themed products: Non-refundable; exchange only if the item arrives damaged.
   • Clearance items: No refunds; exchanges are allowed only if the item is damaged upon arrival (notify us within 3 days).

5. Lost Packages (Domestic, U.S. Only):

   • If a package is lost in transit, we will reship a replacement. However, if the courier's tracking shows the package as "delivered," we consider it successfully delivered and cannot offer a reshipment. Customers may file a claim with the courier within 2 business days of delivery, providing a case number and agent contact details.
   • To assist with the claim, we may require photo identification from the recipient for verification purposes.

6. Clothing Measurement Variance:

   • Minor discrepancies in clothing measurements may occur due to different measuring methods. Returns are accepted with the buyer covering the return shipping costs.

7. Non-Delivered Items (As of February 2022):

   • USPS/UPS no longer accept claims once their tracking indicates delivery. Customers may file a police report to support a claim with their home insurance.

8. International Shipments:

   • International deliveries may take up to 60 days due to logistics delays. In case of a lost international package, the recipient must file a local police report and provide documentation from the local post office stating the package is untraceable.
   • Claims for lost international shipments may take up to 120 days for processing. No refunds are issued for lost international shipments; we will reship the package if a claim is successful. Recipients are responsible for customs duties and fees.

9. Shipping Address Verification:

   • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

10. International Orders:

• International orders may be shipped from our overseas warehouse. In rare cases, if an item is out of stock in our U.S. warehouse, it may be shipped from our international warehouse and delivered within 7 to 9 days via local USPS.

11. Unclaimed Packages:

• If a delivery attempt is made and the recipient fails to collect the package, resulting in a return to the sender, we are not responsible for refunds or replacement.
