Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 15 days of receipt, under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Returns must be in new condition with original tags and packing slip. Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged by normal wear are not eligible for return.

• Return Process: Items must be shipped back within 7 business days after RMA approval. Return labels are only provided if we shipped the wrong item.

• Damaged Items: Report damaged items within 2 days for an exchange. Refunds are not available for damaged items, only exchanges.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Christmas-themed items: Non-refundable; exchange only if damaged upon arrival.
  • Clearance items: No refunds; exchanges are allowed if damaged, reported within 3 days.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to process exchanges.

• Lost Packages (Domestic U.S.): If a package is lost in transit, we will reship. If marked as delivered by the courier, no reshipment will be processed. A claim can be filed within 2 business days, and additional identification may be required for verification.

• Clothing Measurements: Slight variations may occur in sizing. Buyers cover return shipping costs for returns due to measurement discrepancies.

• Non-Delivered Items (Domestic U.S.): USPS/UPS will not accept claims once their website indicates delivery. Customers can file a police report to support insurance claims.

• International Orders:

  • Deliveries may take up to 60 days. For lost international packages, a police report and post office documentation are required to file a claim.
  • No refunds are issued for lost international packages, but we will reship if the claim is successful. Customs duties are the recipient's responsibility.
  • Claims for lost international shipments may take up to 120 days for processing.

• Additional Terms: For orders outside the continental U.S., items may ship from our international warehouse. We are not responsible for uncollected packages returned to sender. Branded invoicing is unavailable for international shipments.
