Return & Shipping Policy:

  • Returns: Items can be returned within 15 days if in new condition with tags and the original packing slip. Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and those damaged from wear and tear are not eligible. Returns must be shipped back within 7 business days after RMA approval. Return labels are not provided unless the wrong item was sent.

  • Damaged Items: Notify us within 2 days for an exchange—no refunds for damaged items. Christmas items and clearance products are non-refundable but can be exchanged if damaged (within 3 days of delivery). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Lost Packages (US): If a package is lost in transit but not marked as delivered, we will reship it. If marked delivered, no reshipment will occur. Claims must be filed within 2 business days with proof (case number, staff/agent details). A photo ID is required for claim processing.

  • Clothing: Measurements may slightly differ; buyers cover return shipping for size discrepancies.

  • Non-Delivered Items: USPS/UPS won’t accept claims once a package is marked delivered. Customers may file a police report to claim with their insurance.

  • International Orders: Packages may take up to 60 days for delivery. Lost international packages require a police report and post office confirmation. No refunds are provided for lost international shipments, but reshipment can occur if claims are successful. Recipients are responsible for customs duties, and claims may take up to 120 days.

  • Shipping Notices: If the shipping courier leaves a notice and the recipient fails to pick up the package, no refund or reshipment will be provided. International orders may ship from our international warehouse.

Branded invoicing is not available for international shipments.
