Return & Exchange Policy:
Returns: Items can be returned within 15 days if in new condition with tags and the original packing slip. Monogrammed, personalized, special-order, or worn items are not eligible. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the wrong item was shipped. Items must be sent back within 7 business days after RMA approval.
Damaged Items: Report damaged items within 2 days for an exchange (no refunds). Christmas-related and clearance items are non-refundable but can be exchanged if damaged. Notify us within 3 days for an exchange.
Lost Packages (US Only): If a package is lost in transit, we will reship. If tracking shows it as delivered, no reshipment will be made. Claims require a case number from the courier within 2 business days and may need ID verification.
Clothing: Measurements may vary slightly. Returns are accepted at the buyer’s cost.
Non-Delivered Packages: If the courier shows delivery, USPS/UPS no longer accepts claims. You may need to file a police report and claim with your home insurance.
International Orders: For lost packages, a local police report and post office confirmation are needed to file a claim. No refunds are given for international lost packages, but we will reship if a claim is approved. Customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Claims may take up to 120 days.
Shipping: Items may ship from international warehouses if not in stock in the US. If a package is returned because the recipient failed to collect it, no refund or reshipment will be provided.
Note: Branded invoicing is not available for international shipments.
